We have many medical and other graduate students, so try to maintain an environment supportive of quiet study time. As such, we request daily quiet hours from 10pm to 6am.
At the same time, we try to build community in each of our two locations to create an international "homely feel."
We ask everyone living at RA House to make sure to close the building front door and their apartment door. We haven't had any security issues and would like to keep it that way!
We generally maintain a no pets policy, but do permit for pets under very specific situations (please discuss with us).
VERY IMPORTANT: smoking of any kind or of any product is prohibited.
We are committed to a green planet, and ask everyone at RA House to recycle and compost in compliance with New York City rules.
